and communities.Reputation is on the lookout for a Sales Programs
and Transformation Manager to spearhead the optimization of our
sales processes and systems. This role is pivotal in designing,
implementing, and managing the changes necessary for our Account
Executives (AEs) to excel and for leadership to effectively track
sales activities. We are seeking candidates with a strong
background in sales operations, process improvement, and change
management, including those with experience in consulting roles who
have facilitated organizational transformation.Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and systems to
enhance AE productivity and leadership visibility.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of
new sales processes and technologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current sales operations to
identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other departments to
align sales processes with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure seamless
onboarding of sales teams to new processes and tools.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Finance, or related field. MBA or a master's degree in a relevant
field is a plus.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Change Management
(Prosci ADKAR, CCMP)
- Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, business process
engineering, or a related field, preferably with consulting
experience.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing sales
processes and systems.
- Strong background in change management, with proven ability to
manage organizational transitions.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
- Resilient in managing resistance and setbacks.
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.When
