The Marketing and Business Analytics Department at San Jos--
State University's Lucas College and Graduate School of Business
invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in
Marketing or Business Analytics with an emphasis on Artificial
Intelligence (AI) and Automation beginning in August 2025.
Applicants should be interested in teaching AI-based Marketing or
AI-based Business Analytics courses, such as AI-Based Marketing,
Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing with AI, AI-Driven Customer
Insights, AI in Marketing Analytics, AI applications in Business
Analytics/Marketing, and AI-Based Business Analytics, to our
undergraduate students and MBA/Executive Level audiences, and
ideally should have research that is related to these areas.The
Department of Marketing and Business Analytics, located in Silicon
Valley, is home to a large community of scholars and students. We
foster strong ties to the Silicon Valley business community. We
have top level Silicon Valley executives teach and engage with our
students, and have student teams actively pursuing projects with
Silicon Valley companies. We are a balanced Department, and are
searching for candidates who share our dedication to both quality
teaching and research. We teach in the areas of marketing and
business analytics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
