School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An elementary
school in Citrus Heights, CA, is seeking a full-time School
Psychologist to support TK-8 students in a contract position
starting ASAP through the end of the school year. This role focuses
primarily on speech-related needs across various settings,
including RSP (Resource Specialist Program) and SDC (Special Day
Class). Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and
evaluations to support speech and language needs. Collaborate with
educators and support staff to develop individualized education
plans (IEPs) for students in RSP and SDC classes. Provide
counseling and intervention services to students with
speech-related challenges. Maintain thorough documentation and
communicate effectively with parents and school personnel.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure student
progress is monitored and supports are adjusted as needed.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Credentials or certification
in School Psychology. Experience working with TK-8 student
populations, particularly within speech, RSP, and SDC programs.
Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate with
diverse school teams. Strong communication, organizational, and
