Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide coverage
during a maternity leave in a K-8 school setting in Middletown, DE.
This contract position runs from January 26 through April 10, with
work hours from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include delivering direct therapy services
focusing on articulation as well as expressive and receptive
language support for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
Additionally, the role involves providing consultation support to
staff regarding students in grades six through eight, helping to
facilitate effective communication strategies and interventions.
Candidates must hold their ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC) and possess a valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist
license. Experience working with pediatric populations in
educational settings and the ability to adapt therapy plans to meet
diverse student needs are essential. Key Qualifications: ASHA CCC
