Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide
short-term coverage within a K-12 school environment in Gridley,
CA. This contract role offers an opportunity to support students in
their speech and language development during the current school
year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop
individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Collaborate with educators and families to support speech and
language goals Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to
address a variety of communication disorders Maintain detailed
documentation and progress reports Participate in team meetings to
coordinate student services and plan interventions Desired Skills
and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from
ASHA preferred Experience working with pediatric populations in
school or healthcare settings Completion of Clinical Fellowship
Year (CFY) ideal for applicants progressing in their career Ability
to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs across K-12
levels Strong communication and collaboration skills for working
with multidisciplinary teams Location: Gridley, CA This role offers
