building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with

Archer’s mission, we’re scaling production of our cutting-edge
eVTOL aircraft, Midnight 1.0, while planning for the
next-generation Midnight 1.1. This team owns execution across
assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing,
resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to
ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones. What
You’ll Do: Lead the execution of aircraft assembly and integration
from initial planning through final delivery Serve as the technical
and programmatic point of contact, managing coordination between
engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality
assurance teams Develop and maintain integrated program schedules,
budgets, and risk registers to track progress and ensure milestones
are met Oversee the physical integration of structural, mechanical,
and avionic systems into aircraft platforms Ensure configuration
control, interface compatibility, and alignment with certification
and customer requirements Identify and resolve technical and
execution risks quickly and efficiently Communicate program status,
risks, and recovery plans clearly to leadership and customers What
You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field 8
years of experience, including 5 years in aircraft assembly,
integration, or manufacturing engineering and 3 years in a program
or technical leadership role Strong technical knowledge of aircraft
structural assemblies, system installations, wiring, hydraulics,
and flight systems Proven ability to manage program schedules,
technical scope, and cross-functional resources Experience with
program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira) and
standard office applications Demonstrated success in managing
program schedules, technical scope, and cross-disciplinary teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Expertise in advanced manufacturing tools (CAD, PLM, MES) Strong
leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
to set direction and mentor a diverse engineering team Ability to
thrive in a dynamic, high-iteration environment, balancing
big-picture program goals with hands-on, real-time build solutions

strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between
$172,800 - $216,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined
by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
