Job Description:
Kodiak Robotics, Inc. was founded in 2018 and has become a
leader in autonomous ground transportation committed to a safer and
more efficient future for all. The company has developed an
artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built
for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers
freight daily for its customers across the southern United States
using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first
known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless
semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial
self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous
capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense. Kodiak is seeking
a highly skilled Product Manager to drive the development of our
Assisted Autonomy solution that complements our Level 4 autonomous
trucking solutions across different customer applications. This is
an individual contributor PM role. In this role you will be the
directly responsible individual for the full product lifecycle for
your area of responsibility, which requires a unique blend of
technical depth in operational systems, product sensibility,
business acumen, and program execution rigor with a strong
understanding of customer-centric product deployment. In this role
you will: Assisted Autonomy Roadmap: Build workflows for
human-in-the-loop support of our commercially deployed self-driving
trucks. Define and evolve the roadmap for the Assisted Autonomy
software in our Industrial vertical, balancing near-term milestones
with long-term scalability Data-Driven Prioritization: Deliver
against tracked KPIs to increase speed to assist KodiakDriver
equipped trucks, and increase internal driver utilization while
considering near-term customer needs and long-term Kodiak
strategy—around driving performance and safety. Use data to
identify failure modes, measure improvements, and prioritize
engineering focus. Execution: Design and prioritize improvements in
job dispatch, telestation capabilities, and functional safety.
Partner with internal and external vendor teams to align
development efforts with product requirements, drive process
optimization and successfully deploy new features. Stakeholder
Communication: Provide clear updates to leadership, internal teams,
and customers on Assisted Autonomy feature development, and release
management. What you'll bring: 2 years experience working in
product management, ideally in marketplaces, logistics, robotics or
autonomous vehicles A technical degree or equivalent work
experience is required. A masters degree or above in engineering,
computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in an end user-facing high-tech product
through the full product lifecycle, from inception to commercial
deployment and scaling. Comfortable leading strategy & execution in
the midst of ambiguity and a dynamic market Experience building

range listed below reflects the base salary in our SF/Silicon
Valley location, across several internal levels. Actual starting
pay will be based on job-related factors including: work location,
experience, relevant training, education, skill level and
performance during interview. Total compensation at Kodiak includes
base pay, equity, bonus and a competitive benefits package
California Pay Range $150,000 - $190,000 USD At Kodiak, we strive
