defense. The Software Engineering Directorate for the Patriot
Program is seeking a Technical Aide to assist in processing media
for release and shipment to our stakeholders. To be successful in
this role you must pay strong attention to detail, be able to
maintain an organized to do list despite shifting priorities, be
able to successfully communicate within a team environment, and
have strong documentation and record keeping skills. The role is
only available in Tewksbury, MA. What You Will Do Help document
technical processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure
consistency and knowledge sharing within the team. Track progress
on deliverables and assist in updating project management tools
(e.g., Jira, Confluence) with accurate data. Provide first-level
troubleshooting for development tools and escalate more complex
technical issues to the appropriate team members. Organize and
maintain a repository of team resources, including code libraries,
technical documentation, and project artifacts. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and
integration of tools or systems across departments. Support
onboarding of new developers by setting up accounts, tools, and
providing introductory guidance on team workflows. Perform Trusted
Downloads to safely and precisely transfer tactical software
between classified networks. Work self-guided in a team environment
while following proper procedures for processing software to be
released and shipped outside of RTX. Complete necessary
documentation for software builds and release via PDM. This
position requires daily on-site support and is not open to hybrid
or remote possibilities Qualifications You Must Have HS Diploma or
AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in a
technical support, project coordination, or similar role within a
technical environment. Experience using Microsoft Office products,
including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Teams, and MS Word. Experience
in administrative tasks related to technical projects and internal
collaboration. Active and transferable U.S. government issued
security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Experience using
project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence,
or Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with Version Control repositories
(e.g., Perforce, GIT, Clearcase.) Experience in documentation
including using tools to track and maintain updates. Experience in
supporting including training technical staff/managers in
operational practices related to all related administration

onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as
they are essential to the development of our products. As part of

for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided
is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
