Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands.We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading healthcare organization, supporting Medicare-focused marketing initiatives in a remote role, with preference for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized project manager with a background in healthcare or insurance marketing. In this role, you'll manage high-volume, compliance-sensitive Medicare projects-from trafficking sales materials to overseeing member communications and collateral production. The position is remote, but if converted to full-time, will require occasional on-site presence (4 days/month) in the Bay Area. The contract starts at 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension and potential for permanent placement.Position Details

• Job Title: Project Manager (Healthcare Marketing - Medicare)
• Location: Remote (Bay Area candidates preferred)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Contract Length: 3 months (with possible extension and potential for full-time conversion)Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables for Medicare-related marketing campaigns
  • Traffic and coordinate the production of sales tools, member communications, and collateral
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and organized file structures
  • Ensure all materials meet Medicare compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in status meetings and provide project updatesRequirements
    • 5-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketing
    • Medicare or Medicaid experience is required
    • Proven ability to manage multiple, high-volume projects simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong experience with PDF management and quality control
    • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Trello (a plus)
