Description Under the direction of the Director, the Risk
Manager works to enhance the effectiveness of the Risk Management
Program. The Risk manager establishes systems to monitor and manage
risk management events, records and programs. Provides staff
education on risk management functions and risk exposure reduction.
Facilitates immediate process improvements to avoid repeat events
in response to significant risk incidents and leads root cause
analyses in response to Sentinel Events. Manages the hospital's
patient relations and complaint program, including oversight of the
responses to patient complaints, involvement in the resolution of
high-level patient complaints and grievances. Providence caregivers

- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field.
- 3 years of healthcare experience. Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Risk Management upon hire.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation
may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or
