Location: Modesto, CA Pay: $2,842/week Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 02/20/2026 Shift: Day 3x12 (08:00–20:30 or 11:00–23:30)
Description: We are seeking a skilled Dialysis RN for an acute care
inpatient dialysis unit. This role involves providing direct
patient care, managing dialysis treatments, and ensuring patient
safety across adult and geriatric populations. Responsibilities: -
Administer hemodialysis, blood products, and medications (Mannitol,
Albumin, NaCL). - Monitor blood flow rates, dialysate flow,
ultrafiltration, and vascular access. - Manage dialysis equipment
including Fresenius 20008T, alarms, and troubleshooting. - Provide
post-dialysis care including blood return and access site
management. - Assess and manage acute complications including
hypotension, hyperkalemia, fluid overload, and dysrhythmias. -
Maintain infection control, airway management, and symptom
management. Required Qualifications: - CA RN License - BLS & ACLS -
Minimum 2 years inpatient acute care dialysis experience - Epic
