We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to serve diverse patient populations across both mobile and brick-and-mortar settings. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, ensuring quality healthcare in a dynamic, outpatient environment. Required Skills: Valid California medical license (in-hand) DEA certification BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Fluency in Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced, varied settings including mobile clinics and traditional clinics Nice to Have Skills: Board certification in Family Medicine or Board Eligibility Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work in mobile clinic environments Prior experience working with diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adults Preferred Education and Experience: MD degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license in California 2 years of outpatient primary care experience Other Requirements: Willingness to work in both mobile and established clinic settings Full participation in a one-week orientation (Monday – Friday) Availability for scheduled shifts, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Ability to serve patients across all age groups in a busy outpatient clinic Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43 Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program Contract Length: 13-26 weeks Start Date: November 24, 2025 Position available: 1 Elevate your career by joining a supportive, dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care.
