We are one of the largest psychiatric practice north of San Francisco.Duties/Requirements: Perform psychiatric diagnosis, treatment interpretations and recommendations Provide effective treatment; formulate, implement and evaluate treatment plans Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with applicable laws Prepare and maintain clear, concise and comprehensive records, reports and correspondence Adhere to Medicare Standard level of care and documentation for Billing and Coding Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Hospital Information: Average patient load per day is between 12-15 Adult population (Child Psychiatrist will see Adolescent and Adult population) 70 bed hospital with an average length stay of 3 days Hospital has inpatient and intensive outpatient programRequirements: Board certified or eligible Completion of a residency training program in Psychiatry that provides good standing and approved by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Valid DEA Certificate Current California license with no prior history of Board action in any other state* Comfortable with Dictation System and writing daily, currently no EMR in place.Benefits: Health insurance including dental & vision 401K Retirement Plan (up to 4% match) Annual Optional Profit-Sharing Retirement Contribution (Additional 1-3%) DEA Certification and License Reimbursement Paid time off per year Malpractice Insurance Coverage Mandatory Weeknight on call from home (alt weeks schedule) $5,000 Sign on bonus (after 30 days of employment) $5,000 relocation bonus or attorney fees (after 30 days of employment) $1500 CME Activity Reimbursement On Call Reimbursement ($3000/weekend call, 1 weekend/month) Free daily cafeteria meal from Hospital
