Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel
occupational therapist position is available in Hayward, WI,
supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role
offers the opportunity to provide therapy services in a school
setting while working a flexible, four-day week schedule.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid Wisconsin OT license Must have
Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification Job
Details: Assignment start date: April 13th, 2026 Assignment end
date: June 4th, 2026 Work schedule: 32 hours per week spread over 4
days Caseload: Approximately 42 students, K-12 age range
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services in
accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate
with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support
student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of
