registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years OR RN experience

be considered. Deliver specialized nursing care in a dynamic
operating room environment, focused on individual patient needs and
collaborative healthcare teamwork. This contract role requires a
Registered Nurse II who is adept at assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating patient care under the guidance of the
nursing director, while adhering strictly to departmental
guidelines and the Nurse Practice Act. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings
accurately. Develop, implement, and coordinate age-appropriate and
patient-specific care plans. Collaborate with physicians and
healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Manage
discharge planning and provide patient/family education
effectively. Maintain professional standards via participation in
committee activities and ongoing training. Facilitate
physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual care of patients.
Utilize conflict resolution and strong communication skills to
enhance team dynamics. Monitor and contribute to cost-effective
utilization of time, equipment, and supplies. Ensure compliance
with safety policies to maintain a safe environment for patients,
staff, and visitors. Serve as a preceptor and charge nurse as
needed. Adapt flexibly to changes within hospital or unit
activities. Perform other duties as assigned to support
departmental objectives. Qualifications: Eligibility and licensure
as a Registered Nurse I. Minimum of 1 year of clinical RN
experience preferred, especially in specialty areas. Demonstrated
competency in providing age-appropriate care. Effective
communication and teamwork skills. Ability to supervise and guide
co-workers in care plan implementation. Location Overview:Situated
