the Position Pay Rate: $68.00 - $72.00/Hourly. Summary: The
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees and manages the
rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care and
efficient operations. This leadership role supervises therapy
staff, develops programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and
coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient
outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead and manage rehabilitation
services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Supervise and mentor therapy staff (PTs, OTs, SLPs, assistants, and
support staff). Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and
treatment protocols. Monitor patient outcomes and ensure quality of
care standards. Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and
scheduling. Requirements Requirements: 2 -Year experience Required,
BLS Certification, Valid professional license (PT or OT). Benefits
