Operations team oversees all people-related needs at Curai Health.
We are a small and mighty team that supports the organization with
excellent care, responsiveness, and flexibility. Responding to the
needs of the business keeps us very busy and requires agility and
resourcefulness.We are looking for a Clinical Staff HR Business
Partner to join our team. This person will support all aspects of
our clinical care team, from recruiting to offboarding and
everything in between. A true partner to our clinical team that
consists of medical professionals working in our clinic.Who You

passion for supporting our clinical care team.What You'll Do
- Responsible for the full life cycle of people support for our
clinical staff. This includes all functions from
sourcing/recruiting, hiring, onboarding, ongoing staff
relationships, performance management (in partnership with
leadership), development, offboarding, policy development and
maintenance, and compliance.
- Recruit, source, coordinate, and support hiring the clinical
team (MD's, NP's and MA's).
- Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding clinicians
(both W2 and 1099) from communications, coordination with
operations and IT, payroll, benefits and background checks.
- Maintain, create and audit all Clinical people-related
policies, contracts, offers and handbook.
- Document and maintain a Clinician notion home page for all
People Related questions and resources (in partnership with
Provider Operations).
- Be the face of HR for the clinician team and partner with the
other people team members on employee relations, offsites,
engagement survey, team building and change management
initiatives.
- Manage the HR side of PTO, 1099 Invoicing, and expenses.What
You'll Need
- 2-5 years of related HR experience in a Clinical setting
(clinic or telemedicine) in the role of provider/HR relations
- Prior recruiting/staffing experience
- Business savviness: we move fast and need folks who can keep up
with the pace of the business and if possible, one step ahead
- Knowledge and experience working with HRIS systems (BHR),
payroll and benefits platforms, engagement platforms (CultureAmp),
Mac systems, and Google WorkspaceWhat We Offer

salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000
annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they
increase your overall compensation package significantly based on
company success. Please note that the base salary range is a
guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on
qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.Curai
