Randstad is supporting a direct hire search for a small subcontractor company. This Union Payroll Specialist position will support payroll for 250 employees in California and Texas. The HQ is in Japan.
Position Details

• SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  
• LOCATION: 100% onsite, zip code 95110

  The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish.

    Responsibilities
    
    • 
      
    • Process payroll for all employees across multiple unions.
      
    • Assist with accounts payable functions and journal entries related to payroll expenses.
      
    • Collaborate with the human resources department to address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
      
    • Support corporate accounting functions by providing necessary payroll data for financial reporting.
      
    • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports related to payroll processes.
      
    • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect payroll processing.
      
    • Union reporting & assisting with dispatch requests.
      
    • Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
