  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and changing priorities.About the jobAs a Data Scientist Tech Lead, you will focus on mitigating abuse such as scams, misinformation, and harassment. You will leverage deep mathematical and statistical expertise and collaborate with Machine Learning (ML) engineers to develop and apply machine learning techniques, including enhancing ML models, optimizing data sampling for fine-tuning large multimodal AI models, and contributing to advanced Large Language Models (LLM)-based content moderation tools. You will guide and mentor other data scientists and engineers, bringing novel methodologies to drive innovation in detecting and addressing emerging threats.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range depends on work location, skills, experience, and education.     • Collaborate with stakeholders across projects to identify and clarify business or product questions; translate these into analysis, metrics, or models.
    • Design and evaluate models using custom data infrastructure or existing data models to solve defined problems.
    • Gather information on business goals, organizational context, and data infrastructure.
