Sanmina has facilities strategically located worldwide.Job PurposeThe Order Entry Administrator will support sales and customer order processing.Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and document control data into our ERP system Oracle 11i.
• Understand and process internal ICE orders and cross-reference accordingly.
• Process EDI orders from third-party customers.
• Set up files and review work of other entry administrators, including processing RMA's for CSR's.
• Assist in pulling files and researching A/R issues for CSR's.
• Adapt to changing priorities during daily activities.Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-4 years of order entry or related experience.
  • Experience with document control is a plus.
  • Computer skills: familiarity with Oracle is a plus; basic Excel skills are necessary; proficiency in 10-key by touch; experience with fax and printers.Additional InformationSanmina is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThis is an ITAR facility; applicants must be US Citizens or lawful permanent residents.Salary Range$54,080.00 - $58,000.00 annuallySalary will be determined based on experience, education, certifications, and skills.
