To keep pace with our expanding business, we are seeking skilled installation partners to join our team.Why Partner with Reborn Cabinets?As a partner, you'll receive pre-sold products directly from our distribution center in California and be responsible for the complete installation of our 3-wall acrylic surround wall systems in our customers' homes. Your focus will be solely on installation-no sales, no collections, just your craft.Compensation: 12% of the contract price (average $18,000)Responsibilities

• Introduce yourself to customers and explain the services you'll be performing.
• Receive, inspect, and transport materials to the customer's home.
• Carry out the bathroom demolition and installation of our solid surface wall systems, including removing the old tub & tile, installing new valves and p-trap, and installing new walls and shower pan.
• Install hardware such as grab bars, shower doors, seats, and shelves.
• Manage the project from start to finish, including documenting work, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices.
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience that earns enthusiastic 5-star reviews.Requirements
  • General Contractor's License
  • General Liability Insurance Policy & Bond
  • Your own tools, truck, or work van. These will be necessary for moving materials to and from job sites.Benefits of Partnership
