About the roleWe're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work.You'll lead design for core product areas, own the end-to-end user experience, and partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who is highly autonomous, user centric, and thrives in 0--'1 environments.You'll help us go from fast-moving MVPs to polished, scalable product - all while deeply rooting your work in clinicians needs.
What you'll bringLead design for core product areas - from problem framing to polished executionCollaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmapBring the clinician voice into the room - through research, usability testing, and systems thinking - and advocate for their needs across product decisionsCreate intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexityWork scrappily when needed, and raise the bar when it matters - sweat the details, but know how to move fastYou'll thrive if you..Have 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end productsCan navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiencesAre a strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design - to product and business directionYou value clarity and precision in both your design and your communicationYou're excited about the potential of AI and eager to explore new UX paradigms in AI-first productsThrive in early-stage, fast-moving teamsNice to havesExperience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for healthcare and helping others is a must.Experience working closely with LLMs or AI-driven featuresWhat we'll bringCompetitive salary and equity in a high-growth company548 Market Street, PMB 95301
