qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in
a customer-facing or support role. Experience with cloud
engineering, on-premises engineering, virtualization, or
containerization platforms. Experience with networking concepts,
such as software-defined networking (SDN), routing, virtual private
networks (VPNs), load balancers, and firewalls. Experience
migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Preferred
qualifications: Experience engaging with, presenting to, and
influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders. Experience
selling technical solutions in one or more of the following areas:
infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data
management, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI),
networking, migrations, or security. Experience with Google Cloud
products and differentiation from competition. Experience working
with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity
blockers. Experience with object-oriented programming languages
(e.g., Python, Java) or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as

As a Network Customer Engineering Specialist in Google Public
Sector (GPS), you will leverage your experience and thought
leadership to empower sales teams in incubating, piloting, and
deploying workloads to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role,
you will partner with technical Sales teams to differentiate Google
Cloud to our customers. You will help prospective and existing
customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud,
develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their
business issues, engage in Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and
troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks. You will use
your expertise and presentation skills to engage with customers to
understand their business and technical requirements, and
persuasively present practical and useful solutions on Google
Cloud. You will have excellent technical, communication, and

federal government and educational institutions. The US base salary
range for this full-time position is $127,000-$184,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

technical sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to our
customers. Serve as a technical expert responsible for accelerating
technical wins and adoption of specialized workloads. Leverage
expertise in our product areas, in partnership with Platform
Customer Engineers (CEs), to design data foundation architectures
and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to promote new, highly
specialized solutions to customers. Solve analytics-centered
customer issues and provide a critical feedback loop to unblock
customers and influence product development.
