We specialize in multi-family apartment communities in the greater Sacramento Area. HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Travel to various properties as scheduled Determine residents concerns with their current HVAC system Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications: Must have EPA Certification Proficient with manual and power tools Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Reliable and self-motivated Must have own Tools Proof of COVIDvaccination -will consider accommodations for disability and religious-based reasons Preferred Candidate with experience on: Electrical Plumbing Swimming Pools Bi-Lingual VandenBerghe Construction is a very busy apartment maintenance company looking for an HVAC Service and Installer for full time position.
